Dave Clark, Program Management
Dave began working with UNIX at one of the first time-share companies, Basis, in Berkeley. He completed his degree in Liberal Arts and Computer Science at California State University-Hayward and went on to lead on the MIS group at Arix, one of the first companies to port UNIX System V. He then served as a system analyst at NASA's Numerical Aerodynamic Simulation facility. For four years, Dave sat on the Board of Bay LISA, a non-profit group dedicated to large-site system administration. At Taos Mountain Software, he was key to building the organization from 25 to over 200 consultants.
In 1994, he founded MindSource to enable Silicon Valley employers to meet their needs for systems, network engineering, and architecture. He has leveraged his technology savvy and his deep understanding of operational, management, and other business issues surrounding IT environments to successfully complete numerous high-profile security, compliance, and infrastructure engagements.
Dave was responsible for spearheading initial cloud technology initiatives and driving the relationship with AppLogic, including setting up internal sales, marketing, and technical functions. Dave was responsible for the Cloud Program development at NEC, where he evaluated numerous technologies for their internal sales force.

Stephen B. Charsky, Vice President of Engineering
Stephen applies his many years of experience in the design and development of scalable enterprise solutions to ensure that performance is optimized, that offerings are of the highest quality, and that the customer is delighted.
Stephen has worked as a consultant and employee for several top Silicon Valley companies including Apple, 3Com, VMware, HP, Symantec, McAfee, AT&T Interactive Thomson, CA (Sterling Software). He co-founded and ran Computer Systems Company in New York, which focused on accounting-systems integration and professional services. He co-founded GreenSkys Unlimited, focused on professional services work to optimize application life-cycle through virtualization.
He has built scalable solutions on mainframes, minis, UNIX, Windows and Macintosh platforms; he has used numerous programming languages with delivery models that include n-tiered enterprise deployments, SAAS and several shrink-wrapped products. He built and maintained teams on five continents, ranging from a small handful of engineers to teams numbering in the hundreds.

Marcos Della, Chief Architect and Technologist
During his two decades in the computer networking industry, Marcos has held executive management positions including President, CEO, and Director of Engineering, and has skillfully performed hands-on field engineering, project management, network design and implementation, system integrations, security, and infrastructure development.
His extensive experience working with some of the top U.S. and foreign corporations culminated in his founding of CSTONE, Inc., an Internet Infrastructure company providing application platforms and integration services using CSTONE patented technologies.
Marcos served as Director of Engineering for InterNex Information Services, where the nationwide private ATM Peering network that he designed still supports the latest merger under XO Communications. In addition, he spent two years as a Network Designer at Sun Microsystems.
Marcos has spoken at numerous technology conferences, including APRICOT and NANOG, addressing topics he has including security, global grid distribution, redundancy, and global peering relationships (BGPs). Marcos has executed many dozens of high-level architecture projects for MindSource in the past decade and has been a featured speaker at many of the MindSource's "Birds of a Feather" training events. Marcos recently lead a project that required the delivery and installation of 5000 UNIX servers in less than two months to Fortune 100 software company data center. Marcos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Marcos has consulted on with AppLogic and other cloud technologies for over two years and attended AppLogic training. He recently completed an n-tier AppLogic data center build out in Milpitas California and Los Angeles California to test AppLogic failover abilities for the enterprise over an OC192 fiber connection.

Roy Obrecht, VP of Project Operations
Roy balances his deep knowledge of mature IT environments with practical experience of Web deployments, including the planning and execution of the doubling the capacity of eBay's Shopping.com, a primary Oracle database system. His background includes building core Oracle Applications, including infrastructure for Sanmina-SCI, one of the largest Oracle manufacturing deployments in the world, which supports over 100 manufacturing plants in 22 countries.
He is adroit at highly technical matters such as database performance tuning as well as knowledgeable with high-level business drivers. He has managed large Enterprise initiatives ranging from Oracle disaster-recovery systems to SOX compliance audits with KPMG. His ability to build teams that meet operational and financial control requirements, yet deliver reliability and security, was evinced in a large data center project at Sumitomo Bank.
Roy is a natural team builder and manager with the ability to create scalable organizations that generate robust IT architecture. Roy transformed Sun Microsystems internal call-center from a low-performing dispatch center to a professional resolution center with over 95% client satisfaction rate. At Sun, Roy was also responsible for IT support for all of Sun's sales offices in the Central and Western regions of the United States. While working as a consultant at Lockheed Martin for the Department of Defense (DoD), Roy analyzed and produced a Current State Assessment, Future State Design and Project Transition Plan documents for the DoD Tri-Care Oracle Federal Financials system; the system is the DOD central ERP System for active and retired servicemen in all branches of the U.S. military. At RedPeak in startup mode, Roy wears many hats from hands on technical work and server installations, to strategic planning, marketing, business development and project planning.

Hyle Campbell, Vice President of Professional Services
Hyle has over 18 years of experience in establishing technology services organizations for both startup and enterprise companies. Prior to RedPeak, Hyle was the Founder of The Forbin Group, an IT Services Company. He also served as the Senior Worldwide Director of Professional Services for the Open Source startup Sendmail, Inc., where he formed and operated a global professional services team that delivered messaging and directory solutions to Global 2000 clients.
Hyle held various positions establishing services organizations for companies such as Varian Associates, Synoptics, Williams Communications and Sybase. With these organizations, Hyle held progressively responsible positions where he and his team were instrumental in building system and network infrastructures for dozens of companies. Hyle holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
Hyle balances in-depth hands-on knowledge of cloud solutions and AppLogic with management skills. Hyle has been instrumental in creating technical marketing perspectives that resonated with our client base.

Gabriel Meza, Chief Financial Officer
Gabriel is responsible for the financial and operational management of RedPeak Solutions. He joined the parent company in 1998 after working for C3, Hewlett-Packard and The Le Baron Business Group in diverse financial management and operational positions. Gabriel has over 19 years of experience in finance and business and has helped launch several successful companies.

Tim Ford, Senior Staff Engineer
Tim has provided skilled execution and management of projects for MindSource in areas including software development, network design, and relational database design. With over 10 years of industry experience, Tim has managed full life-cycle software development and Information Technology services for myriad business applications. Known for the ability to meet challenges, develop strategies, overcome obstacles to implement processes and integrate technologies to up-graded environments without disruption. Tim is strongly skilled in hardware and software applications and resource management with the ability to be effective in complex environments. Tim holds a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Kansas. Tim can immediately analyze difficult situations formulate practical action plans with strong attention to detail.
Tim's experience focuses on developing Web 2.0 and mid-size Enterprise environments for *nix and Windows, and deploying and maintaining at all OSI networking levels. He is a senior level software developer with excellent knowledge of PHP, Java, and web applications.
Tim has done over a dozen AppLogic implementations in .NET and UNIX, including customer demos and proof of concepts. He has an expert-level understanding of the AppLogic templating process. He has worked with all of the support staff at 3tera for many years and is respected as a capable software developer and IT infrastructure designer.
